This session was designed to break through our layers of body armor and support the release of mental, emotional and physical blocks.
By releasing chronic tensions maintained in our nervous system, we become more aware of our body, generating more presence, vitality and emotional freedom.
So we can let go of negative self-images, fear, chronic tensions and physical pain.
There are different elements combined in the session: deep and connected breathing, emotional expression, movement, sound, meditation, touch and massage
to create a smooth flow in the session and support the release and integration of the trauma.
